Nautaes connects yacht captains with trusted service providers. We do not guarantee or take liability for third-party services offered through the platform.

3. User Accounts

• Keep login credentials confidential.
• Notify us immediately if your account is compromised.
• Accounts may be disabled for violations of these terms.

4. Payment and Fees

Service providers pay a monthly fee of 150€, which grants access to connect with potential clients. Yacht captains use the platform free of charge.

5. Liability

Nautaes is not liable for disputes between users and third-party service providers. Users are responsible for verifying terms with each provider.

6. Intellectual Property

All platform content is owned by Nautaes. Unauthorized use or reproduction is prohibited.

7. Modifications to Terms

We may update these terms periodically. Continued use of the platform indicates acceptance of changes.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by Spanish law, and disputes will be handled by the courts of Spain.
